At Ponctuel Watches, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date you receive your watch to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact us and we will tell you how to proceed. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The product must be sent back within a maximum of 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, complete and in their original packaging. Once our team has received and inspected the product, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

If you prefer an exchange, we will ship your new item as soon as we have received and checked the original product. Please note that items that are damaged, incomplete or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return or exchange, as they can no longer be resold.
