These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "Terms") apply to any order placed on the website of the Ponctuel Watches brand, operated by the company Syned SRL (hereinafter "Ponctuel Watches" or "we"), whose head office is located in Belgium.

By placing an order on our site, the customer (hereinafter "Customer") accepts these Conditions without reservation.

2. Products

Ponctuel Watches offers limited edition watches, featuring high-quality automatic movements and meticulous finishing. Each model is subject to availability and our collections are regularly updated.

3. Price

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable Belgian VAT. Delivery costs may vary depending on the destination and are calculated at the time of ordering. International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Order

To place an order, the Customer must select the desired product(s), then fill in the billing and delivery information. After validation of the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Ponctuel Watches reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of suspected fraud or an anomaly on the order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the following secure methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, or any other payment method accepted on the site. The order will be considered effective after confirmation of receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are communicated to the Customer when ordering. Although we endeavour to meet delivery times, these are indicative and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal. To do so, the Customer must contact our customer service to obtain return instructions. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

8. Warranty

Our watches benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects. It does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or interventions carried out by unauthorized third parties. In the event of a problem, the Customer can contact our customer service for assistance.

9. Liability

Ponctuel Watches cannot be held responsible for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from the purchase of a product on the site. The liability of Ponctuel Watches is limited, in any event, to the amount of the order placed by the Customer.

10. Data Protection

We respect the privacy of our customers and process their personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, accessible on our website.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Ponctuel Watches website (images, texts, logo, brands, etc.) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
