At Ponctuel Watches , we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your watch to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a free return label and arrange shipping. The product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days after notification of your decision to withdraw.

We remind you that returned items must be in perfect condition , unworn, complete, and in their original packaging . After receipt and inspection of the product by our team, we will proceed to a full refund of the purchase price.

If you prefer an exchange, we will ship your new item as soon as we have received and inspected the original product. Please note that items that are damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of wear will unfortunately not be accepted for return or exchange as they will not be eligible for resale.
